Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your request and sent you a written confirmation by email.
Payment
No prepayment is required to request a booking. The full amount is due by bank transfer before arrival or on arrival, as agreed in your confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the first night is charged. No-shows are charged in full.
During your stay
Guests are asked to follow the house rules and to treat the villa with care. Any damage should be reported to us as soon as possible.
Liability
We are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings during your stay. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
