Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you’re arriving on an early flight or leaving late, let us know — we’ll do our best to arrange an early check-in, a late check-out or a place to leave your luggage.

A member of our team will meet you at the villa, hand over the keys and show you around. If you’re arriving late at night, we’ll send you the code for the secure key box a few days before your stay.

Yes. We work with a trusted local driver who can collect you from the airport in an air-conditioned car or minivan. Child seats are available on request. Just send us your flight details when you book.

Choose your villa, pick your dates in the availability calendar and fill in the short booking form. You’ll receive an email confirmation straight away, and we’ll follow up personally within 24 hours with everything you need for your stay.

No prepayment is required when you request your dates. Once we confirm your booking, we’ll send the payment details. You can pay by bank transfer before arrival or on arrival, whichever suits you best.

Cancellations are free up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date, the first night is charged. If your plans change, just let us know — we’re always happy to look at moving your dates instead.

We ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights from October to May and 5 nights during the summer season (June to September). Shorter stays may be possible at the last minute — get in touch and we’ll check for you.

The price you see includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and utilities. Optional extras such as airport transfers, mid-stay cleaning or a private chef are charged separately and always agreed with you in advance.

The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk down the coastal path. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the region, with turquoise water and soft sand, are a 15–25 minute drive away.

A car is recommended if you want to explore the coast, but it isn’t essential. Shops, restaurants and the harbour are a 10-minute drive or a short taxi ride, and we can arrange a rental car to be delivered to the villa.

There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes away by car, and a lively weekly market in town with fresh fruit, vegetables, olives and local cheese. We can also stock the fridge before you arrive — just send us your shopping list.

Villa Azure is our two-bedroom retreat for up to 4 guests, ideal for couples and small families. Villa Coral Bay is larger, with four bedrooms for up to 8 guests, a bigger pool terrace and an outdoor dining area — perfect for families and groups of friends.

Yes, each villa has its own private infinity pool that isn’t shared with anyone else. The pools are cleaned every other day, and sun loungers, parasols and pool towels are provided.

Both villas have fast fibre Wi-Fi throughout the house and terrace, and every bedroom and living area has air conditioning.

Absolutely. We can provide a travel cot, high chair and baby bath free of charge. Please note that the pools are not fenced, so young children should always be supervised by an adult.

We love animals, but to keep the villas comfortable for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are always welcome.
